Booking and Cancellation Policy
We understand that every person's schedule may be different, and for that reason we offer the ability to schedule appointments through special arrangements.
These arrangements may include but are not limited to: early morning, late afternoon and/or public holiday bookings. The cost to reserve an appointment through our special arrangement program is $200 USD. Should you wish to proceed with the treatment after your consultation, this amount will then be credited towards the cost of the procedure. This fee is only refundable 3 (three) or more days prior to the scheduled date.
Confirmation of Appointment
Once Barberos Ink receives confirmation of the booking of your appointment, we will then send you an email confirming your appointment details within 1 (one) business day. An SMS confirmation may also be sent the day prior to your appointment to the mobile number provided.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that every person's time is valuable. With that being said, we will work diligently to respect your time throughout this process. Therefore, due to our commitment to providing the best possible experience for our valued clients, we ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours (two business days') notice in order to reschedule or cancel appointments. Please note that there is a $50.00 USD (or $200.00 USD for appointments made via Special Arrangement) cancellation/rescheduling fee that will be applicable for consultations. Cancellations of appointments that are within the 48-hour period may result in the total deposit amount being forfeited. These conditions are upheld in accordance with the discretion of management and exemptions under certain conditions may apply.
